The ICT Students stepped into the future today at the Bacolod Digital Skills and Careers Fest at SMX Convention Center💻✨

Surrounded by inspiring speakers and industry professionals, we listened to powerful stories of passion, hard work, and determination. Some even traveled all the way from Canada just to share their journey with us 🌍✈️

We were amazed to learn how technology is transforming the world, from creating virtual cities in games 🎮🌐 to reshaping how people work, connect, and innovate.👨‍💻✨ It opened our eyes to how limitless the digital world truly is.🩵🌏

More than just learning about technology and AI, we were reminded to embrace it, work with it, and use it to build new possibilities for the future 🤖🚀

Today was not just an event, but a reminder that dreams are valid, goals are achievable, and the future belongs to those who are willing to create it. 💙✨

Where learning meets creativity and passion 💻📸

ICT students immersed at the University of Negros Occidental Recoletos (UNOR), capturing moments through photography while diving into the world of technology. From cybersecurity, discrete math, networks, and database systems to simulating connections with Cisco Packet Tracer, creating with Scratch, and exploring basic automata.👨‍💻⌨️

This immersion is a meaningful experience for our ICT students to learn new skills, discovering their strengths, and building future one step at a time. ✨🚀

Stay alert, Bacolodnons! Here’s what to do when an earthquake happens:

1️⃣ Before: Prepare an emergency kit (water, food, flashlight, first aid).
2️⃣ During: Duck, Cover, and Hold — stay away from windows and heavy objects.
3️⃣ After: Expect aftershocks and check for injuries or damages. Stay calm and listen for official updates.

This week, our ICT students were hands on in the comlab using Microsoft Publisher to create movie posters, newsletters, and invitation letters that showed their creativity and design skills. ✨

Everyone gave their best effort — from planning the layout to polishing the final output — to make each project stand out. It wasn’t just about learning a program; it was about bringing ideas to life through design.
