⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER: How to Reload S2S

​Hello BLinkers,

​As we settle into the new year, we need to clarify our reloading process to ensure everyone stays connected without delays.
​Please remember: Sending money to our GCash or Maya accounts does NOT automatically reload your internet.

​Our systems are not linked. We use a separate reloader app to process your requests. This means every single reload is a manual process done by our team.

​The Rule:

After you send your payment, you MUST send us the screenshot or the SMS reference code. Without this, we do not know who sent the money, and we cannot push the load to your modem. Help us help you stay online by sending that proof of payment immediately.

​A Note on Integrity:

Because this process is manual, human errors happen. We’ve had instances where we accidentally loaded accounts twice or loaded the wrong plan.

​To the subscribers who were honest and considerate enough to pay us back or alert us when we made these mistakes—thank you. Your integrity keeps this community strong.

​To the few who refused to return the amount or pay for the accidental load... well, may the Good Lord bless and keep you.

We recently announced a pause to focus on repairs and maintenance. As we cleared that queue, we officially hit 110 Subscribers.

​Effective immediately, new installations will be limited to Organic Referrals and locations within the immediate vicinity of our Headquarters.

​Why? Response time.

​We learned that to keep our service premium, we need to minimize the travel time for our crew. By focusing on homes closer to our base, we can guarantee that if something goes wrong, we can be there faster.

​If you are a neighbor of a current BLinker or live near our HQ, send us a message. If you are a bit further out (like District 2), we ask for your patience a little longer as we build the capacity to reach you without compromising our standards.

​We want to grow, but we want to grow right. By keeping our network tight and efficient, we ensure that every single one of our 110+ members gets the fast, reliable service they deserve.

​We are officially one connection away from our first 100 subscribers.

​To get here, we took the road less traveled. We recently had to hit the brakes on installatuons. We made the hard call to pause requests from District 2. The reality is, with a manpower of 4 and the strict demands of cashflow, we cannot accommodate everyone everywhere without breaking something.

​So, we chose not to break.

​We slowed down our install schedule to focus heavily on maintenance—fixing lines, submitting NAP tickets, and ensuring our network is healthy.

​In a game of numbers, we chose retention.

​For BLink, a subscriber isn't just a stat to acquire and forget; it’s a relationship to protect. We believe the true measure of our success isn't just how many people join us, but how many trust us enough to stay. Our commitment is simple: we work just as hard to keep you connected months down the line as we did to get you signed up.
