As part of this transition:

β’ A Tech Support Access Link will be given for submitting and tracking concerns
β’ We will also be providing video tutorials explaining the NEW AI features and how to use the system properly
These resources will serve as your official reference when communicating with our support team.
For more complex or advanced technical issues, our technical team will remain available to provide direct assistance when necessary.
