📢 C-Fiberplus Announcement

Starting on November 1, 2025, all C-Fiberplus client accounts will be converted to Prepaid Accounts.

➡️ Once your subscription expires, your internet connection will be automatically disconnected.
➡️ Your connection will be restored immediately after payment is made.
➡️ Each payment will start a new 30-day cycle, not a fixed monthly date.
Please note that your due date may change from month to month since not all months have 30 days.

💳 Important Payment Update:
You can now send your payments to our new official GCash number: 0994-542-1778.
⚠️ Payments sent to the old number (0975-792-9959) will no longer be accepted and will be considered invalid.

Internet Service Advisory

We regret to inform you that there is a service interruption affecting Sitio Core and Sitio Magnot areas due to a fiber cut caused by clearing operations, where our fiber line was accidentally damaged.

Our technical team is already on-site and working to restore the connection as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
