Dakoii System's 1st AI Powered Recruitment System Successfully rolled out by East Sepik Provincial Administration.

East Sepik Provincial Administration advertised 307 positions, both INTERNAL and EXTERNAL Advertisements on DERS AI Powered Recruitment System.

Most applicants were able to apply for more than one positions.
Everything was paperless. The system used AI to analyze and process each and every documents and applications.

It builds a comprehensive profile of the applicant and presents it to the Recruitment team.
The Recruitment team will now have a very comprehensive detailed information about the applicants and the applications for them to do the rest of the stages in Recruitment.

Attached is a personal review of one of the applicants. Note that we did not asked him for the review he wrote in on his own accord and emailed it to us.

We looking forward to effectively complete the rest of the stages of Recruitment with ease and speed.

We only provide technical support to the East Sepik HR Division.

DERS is a full fledged Public Service Recruitment System.
