ICT Technical Officer - responsibilities
Manage Microsoft Office applications suite and related infrastructure
Manage Windows Operating Systems and related infrastructure
Be able to install, manage and configure Windows operating systems and Windows based application
Maintain proper documentation and workflow for Windows OS Operations
Installation of Customer based applications
Maintenance and repair of Computers, laptops, servers, or PC hardware
Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of various networking equipment including routers, network switches, access points, voice and data peripherals and structured cabling and termination.
Installation and maintenance of basic power protection devices including UPS and surge protection equipment.
Adhering to the Company's quality standards, policies, and procedures
Using a courteous and professional approach to address customer questions and concerns; discussing equipment placement, cable routing, paperwork completion, etc
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant qualifications in Communications and Electronics
2 years Minimum experience with Television systems and Outside Broadcasts
2 Years Minimum Experience with Videography equipment and workflow
Must reside in Manus
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, RF Planning software, HubSpot, Telnet and network monitoring tools.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Windows OS, and IT Customer base application support
Basic networking and electronics theory
High Level understanding of IT and computing environmen
