It also adds on countless papers being printed, thus storage and retrieval of processed documents becomes another challenge for most employees. That bring me to the second most important issue data collaboration. It is very difficult to even track a data history of completing a certain process with in an organization. Yet, most organization need data to make decisions. Water for Umboldi – A Cause Close to My Heart
Apart from my personal life and family commitments, the one thing that continues to weigh heavily on my heart is supporting my community back home in Umboldi Village, Madang Province.

In 2019, I started Bridge Inc., a small initiative to help raise funds and support local projects in my village. While progress has been slow, my passion and commitment have never faded. One of the most critical projects I’ve focused on is the Umboldi Community Water Supply Project.

During my last visit home, I saw firsthand the continued hardship people face accessing clean water. Girls, mothers, and even school children walk long distances daily down steep mountain paths just to fetch water for drinking, cooking, and washing. The local school, which has educated generations in the area, and the surrounding communities, all suffer from this basic need being unmet.

We’ve already started some initial groundwork, but we need help to push this project forward. This is more than just building infrastructure—it’s about dignity, health, education, and opportunity.

Sometimes I am intrigued by the number of scholary articles written by sociologists, socio-economic and political scholars that points out the fact that there is lack of proper proper records management tools available in the public sector and if there are any, they're probably unutilised. Thus resulting in a deficiency when it comes to measuring actuals vs. planned outcome of any projects or operations annually.

One of the many challenges I come to realise is that fact that most of our public servants lack the ability and the patience to learn new ways of doing business.

Therefore when developing a programs, we have to be mindful of our users and incorporate smart interface for better experiences.
