Job Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Officer (ICT)
Must be a female Candidate
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing (ICT or related field)
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
• IT background with basic knowledge of ICT products and services
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to promote ICT solutions and generate new business leads
• Self-motivated, well-presented, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell ICT products and services
• Identify and approach potential clients
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Assist in marketing campaigns and branding activities

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist with a strong background in domain hosting to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional technical support, ensuring smooth hosting operations, and keeping client services secure and reliable.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide responsive email and technical support for hosting, domain services, and email configuration.
• Configure and manage DNS records (A, MX, CNAME, TXT, etc.), registrar setup, and name servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve email deliverability issues, spam problems, and perform diagnostics using tools such as mail logs, DNS lookups, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and SMTP traces.
• Manage hosting accounts via WHM/cPanel including backups, resource monitoring, and server optimization.
• Implement server security best practices (firewalls, SSL certificates, malware protection, intrusion detection).
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and security vulnerabilities.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 setup and migration, including DNS configuration and mail flow management.
• Support basic website development or migration (WordPress or static HTML preferred).
• Maintain accurate records of domains, hosting accounts, and expirations.
• Document procedures, incidents, and downtime reports.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven 2-3 years of experience in domain hosting management and DNS configuration.
• Hands-on experience with WHM/cPanel environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for email, hosting, and server issues.
• Understanding of server security protocols and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant setup and migration.
• Basic website development skills (WordPress/HTML/CSS) are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
