JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking to hire a remote-working bilingual customer service agent for a UK based company to look after a wide range of services and products.
Job Requirements:
Good communication skills-Must be able to speak pitch perfect English and have intermediate to advanced writing skills.
Must be fluent in Spanish both verbal and in writing
Have stable internet connection (This will be tested) with backup internet provider
Have a disturbance free environment
Have an interest in helping people
Like working as part of a team
Be receptive to feedback provided
Polite, tactful, loyal & reliable
Can handle customers in a calm manner
Have good IT skills-Literate in MS Office and be able to use internet based portals fluently
Ticketing experience, Freshdesk or Zendesk preferred
Willing to work over weekends
Noise cancelling headset
Candidate must have a paid nanny for children
Must have had experience dealing with complaints
Things we offer:
Up to $8 per hour for the right candidate.
40 hours over 5 days per week on a shift work basis.
Work from home and avoid traffic and have more time with your family
