Yesterday’s year-end gathering gave us a moment to pause and look at how far the team has moved since 2009. What started as a small team with big hopes has grown into a community with shared purpose, fresh ideas, and people who genuinely care about the work and the culture around it. Each new colleague added something meaningful; each challenge pushed us to grow in ways we didn’t expect.
Gatherings like this remind us why these connections matter. They give us space to appreciate the individuals who show up every day, bring their best, support one another, and help shape the direction of the company. Seeing everyone together highlighted the trust, commitment, and kindness that sit behind the progress we often measure in numbers.
As 2025 winds down and the new year approaches, there’s a sense of calm confidence in the air. We’re stepping into the next chapter more grounded, more aware of our strengths, and more committed to the people who make all of this possible. Grateful for the journey so far; excited for what’s ahead.
