Strange I thought - had a squiz....VERY dusty. Quick clean then turned it on....no life...stuck my head in to look closer and bang...power supply starts smoking...gave me a heck of a fright!

It was old so could just be age, but I suspect that with a bit more regular cleaning it might have done a bit better.

New power supply and all works fine - got off lucky this time - sometimes a blown power supply nukes everything inside.

Lovely little build for a client today. First Intel Ultra build and first with 64gb of ram. 🫦 The happy customer will be designing the bestest of houses with all the Chrome tabs open he wants.

It seems a little overkill but I've been servicing their computers for over a decade and their machines just keep cranking so I may as well keep building them strong and fast. 💪
