Small but useful lesson from an electrician website build this week: customers don't know what you do unless you show them. Registration is now clearly displayed so people know the standard going in, and there's a gallery running from small jobs to big ones so nothing gets missed or assumed. Turns out most of the "convincing" happens before the phone even rings.
