Five workflow mistakes I see businesses make all the time:

1. No shared calendar — just personal phones
2. Paper job sheets that go missing

A builder I worked with was spending every Sunday evening doing invoicing. Every. Single. Week.

The invoicing itself wasn't the problem — job info was scattered across texts, emails, and handwritten notes. He was spending more time finding the info than actually invoicing.

We set up one simple job sheet template. Sundays are his again. 👊

Systems don't have to be fancy. They just have to work.

Try this: at the end of each day, move anything that needs action into a simple task list — even just a notes app. Clear inbox, clear head.
