Do you have any old IT equipment lying around the office?


Here’s why we are asking - we, in a partnership with Digital Wings Charitable Trust, are leading a massive IT equipment drive.

If you can, do a quick scan around your office, or workplace, and see if you can donate any older IT equipment that is no longer serving you. We’ll do the rest.

With this approach, we are trying to achieve two simultaneous objectives – to repurpose IT equipment and send it to communities, schools, charities, or educational groups in need. And secondly, to decrease the carbon footprint that the IT industry is creating.

The impact of your contribution will change people’s lives. You’re giving under-served communities or groups a chance to connect with and use vital technology equipment to advance their communication and education. Recently one of our large Government clients had to vacate their premises urgently due to seismic building concerns.

Remarkit project managed the recovery of their IT assets but was also asked to manage a charitable donation process for the office furniture, whiteware, kitchenware and stationery.

YOUTth INSPIRE were one of these charities and was thankful to receive 200 kg of stationery. This has put smiles on not only the staff at YOUth INSPIRE but also on the faces of the Youth Employment students 😄
