Last night I went to see TAMATHA PAUL and Chlöe Swarbrick at the GREEN PARTY of Aotearoa NZ 💚 'yaps on tap' event and came away SO pumped for the election.
I know, I know, it's hard to get excited given **everything** but this year we can really do something. We can show these losers what coming together and working towards a positive future can look like.
Something that I am doing to get this government outta here is showing up. And showing up for the Greens can really be anything. This election I am doing data entry (that's taking the notes from the door knockers and adding it into the Greens' database), graphic design (making some sick collateral), social media (see my content on a page near you), and general turning up to volunteer events and meet-ups across Wellington.
If you want to join me (please do) you can volunteer, donate cash, buy merch, host a billboard at your home... really, the possibilities are vast depending on how involved you want to be!
And don't forget to check you are enroled to vote and your details are up to date before 25 October, and show up on election day 7 November. I know I'm voting Greens and I hope you do too - if you want to change this government you gotta vote for a party that **will change** the goverment.
This is not a moment, it's a movement ✊️
