Level 3 Lockdown announcement
Hey there, we are a mobile business based in Dunedin specialising in repairing, buying and selling smartphones.
We strive to offer the most competitive prices for I-phones and I-phone repairs. We can only do this by operating without having a physical store. We then transfer this savings to you, our customers.
We hope you all are staying safe and well during the level 3 Lockdown so we have carefully designed a contactless repair system for customers wanting to fix their phones throughout level 3. Starting now we will be running a fast tracked overnight courier system for our national customers and pick up and drop off system for our local Dunedin customers.
Because we take the health and safety of our customers very seriously and understand that phone communication is an essential product/service we have put procedures in place to make sure our customers and our employees stay safe. These include:
Sterilising phones and replacement parts with isopropyl before and after repairs.
Using sterilised gloves whilst repairing and packaging phones.
Using a contactless pick-up and drop-off system, where we can pick up your phone from your letterbox or desired location and drop it back fully repaired within hours (Dunedin customers only).

Accepted payments include: Bank transfer, PayPal or Cash.
