Dear Valued Customers,
After many years of serving our community, Printec Digital Services is closing down.

Founded in 1995 by our late owner, Tim Morgan, Printec has been a trusted local business for decades. Following Tim’s passing, the decision has been made to close the business. Sam and I sincerely thank all our customers and the community for your support over the years.

We are especially grateful to everyone who reached out personally with kind words and support — it truly meant a lot to us.

Sam and I will soon be opening our own technology repair and IT services business — AahaTech Solutions. We look forward to continuing to support the community with reliable, professional service.

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our beloved founder, Timothy Charles Morgan (Tim).
He was a kind and generous person who touched the lives of many and always helped those around him.

As the staff of Printec Digital Services, we are taking time to honor his memory and allow our team to grieve. Our business will be closed until 17th September 2025 and will resume normal operations from 18th September 2025.

We kindly ask for your understanding during this difficult time. Thank you for your support, thoughts, and prayers.

WARNING!... There is a nasty little virus going around that pops up as a "Microsoft Virus Alert" It gives a number to call. Don't click on the phone number as this is a scam. If anything like this pops up, simply close the browser, if this isn't possible try to restart the device, or if necessary, restart with (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) Task Manager. Clicking on the number may result in your computer freezing, and you may be contacted by the scammers. Stay safe!

Our technicians have had an influx of customers coming in with scam and virus issues recently and antiviruses can help protect your phone and computers. However, please beware of scam phone calls and remember that Banks and Companies will never ask for your passwords or access to your devices. It's OKAY to say NO and HANG UP. If you are unsure of authenticity, it's best to call the bank or company directly and clarify that the call is legitimate.
