Important message from Trinity directors to be advised to all staff via your staff communication channel;
AVC are starting to send and distribute individual employment agreements to staff direct for their employment with AVC. Unfortunately we were not advised of this first. We have almost confirmed the settlement date and details and will formally notify staff Monday regarding the sale and settlement. So please let staff know they will receive a formal letter from trinity group Monday regarding the sale. In the mean time before they get their notice of the sale date from us they can review their contracts with AVC. Any questions at all can be directed to Jase 0272496691 or jeremy 0272931346.
Please advise all staff of this update and the formal notice will come Monday. And to contact jeremy or Jase if they need to.

Morning Team. Another Tote soldier has fallen. Sadly Smitty has passed away. Cause is unknown - autopsy to be done. His brother came in last night and will keep us updated re funeral. RIP Smitty.

Every year Hospitality NZ holds a competition for excellence. There are several different categories. In the past we have been finalist in "excellence in gaming" twice, excellence in TAB. This year we have entered 3 categories - Best Neighbourhood Bar and eatery, Best destination venue and Excellence in gaming. They have removed the excellence in TAB. Copies of entries are behind the bar for you all to read. HNZ sends out mystery judges who will visit sites and judge each one. Please ensure you all read these and offer the hand of friendship to one and all (as per norm). It would be great if we won one of these categories so please be sure you are all on top of your game. Good luck to us..

Thanks everyone for attending the team meet last night.
Just a few things to remember:
June 9, 16 and 23 - Steinlager Series. The AB's take on France, all games are in NZ. All 3 Saturdays are "Black Out Parties". Let me know any ideas you think can pull guests in to watch all games at The Mighty Tote and Craft.
Thursday 14th - Craft woodfired Pizzas and Craft Beer matching. Thanks Rich for the awesome pizzas and beers.
State of O - 6 and 24 June, 11 July - Ideas required to pull them in...
We have a few ideas already for the above nights/days but new fresher ones are invited.
