Something shifted in the past two years for the founders we work with.

They’re not waiting for a dev team anymore. They have AI tools, they have energy, and they’re building. Fast.

The question is no longer whether they can ship something — it’s whether what they ship will hold up.

Earlier this year, we started working with Echo4ever Limited – a digital legacy platform built to preserve life’s most meaningful memories. Life stories. Family photographs. Voice and video recordings. Time capsules for future generations. Even post-death messages, delivered long after someone is gone.

In a product like this, a data breach or a poor architectural decision isn’t just a technical failure. It’s a human one.

One of Echo4ever’s founders, Jeff, had already turned an idea into a real product concept – a blueprint, a draft portal, a clear vision. The next challenge wasn’t building faster. It was making sure he was building on the right foundation.

Our first conversation with Jeff didn’t start with technology. It started with a question: what needed to be true from day one for people to trust this platform with their most personal data?

The answer shaped everything. Security couldn’t be a feature – it had to be the foundation. Infrastructure built for resilience, not convenience.

Once we knew what had to be true, we could design for it.

Here’s where it took an interesting turn. Rather than building the platform for Jeff, we designed something that let him build it himself , with AI, without losing architectural integrity.

Season 2 of the has officially kicked off 😃

We hear you — "CS what??" 🤣

Last year we started the C+S Recharge Series: our team-wide wellness challenge to build daily habits, rib each other a little, give each other a hard time (in a good way 😁 ) and compete with one another — all while being fully remote 💻

We just launched Season 2 this week, and the weekly leaderboard is already cooking!

It's a 3-month activity of the team logging points across exercise, healthy diet, mindfulness, hydration, team spirit and well-being : turning small daily habits into some friendly competition 😁

Shoutout to our resident game master, Neil , for leveling up our challenge & leaderboard portal 🫡

Weekly rankings. Twelve weeks of friendly and healthy (literally!) competition. One ultimate champ - crowned in Bangkok on 6 November 👑

Last week’s highlight - half of the crew attended the Partner Summit in Auckland.

For some, this may just be another event, but for a fully remote work setup like ours, it was something special ☺️

Stoked to hear exciting Salesforce + updates and even more stoked to see our logo as one of the Salesforce partners making a difference for the 🙏 Followed of course by a cozy team dinner somewhere 😀
