For client, a standard grid hid the one thing that matters most before adding to cart - how the pieces actually compare in size.
So we built a dynamic grid. Each product gets its own tile size, so tall lockers, midis and standards finally sit side by side at true proportions. We also preload from the next page to keep every view balanced, top to bottom.

A small change in how products are presented meant a real shift in how confidently customers shop. Built on Plus.

We just completed one of the more complex Shopify Plus migrations in the ANZ market with client, Birdsnest.

Customer records migrated with full data fidelity across product catalogue, customer profiles, and historic order history. Zero loss. The Fredhopper x Shopify Plus integration was a global first - intelligent on-site search and faceted navigation running natively within a Shopify Plus architecture.

The core build: a custom modular component theme engineered for long-term extensibility and minimal technical debt, paired with a composable stack - Klaviyo for behavioural segmentation and lifecycle automation, REVIEWS.io (clearer.io) for structured UGC, Refundid for instant refund processing, and Wishlist Plus by Swym for browse-to-purchase journey support.

The hard constraint: Birdsnest's wardrobe capsule and personalised styling logic had to be fully preserved through migration with zero regression. We did that, plus enhanced it. Internal teams now manage content and merchandising without developer dependency.
