That’s a wrap on Online Retailer! We came to talk commerce and ended up running a full-blown tattoo studio. We loved meeting all of the retailers and partners building some of APAC’s fastest growing brands. The Ink Bar went off. We inked a record 80 tattoos, and pulled in a second tattooist last minute for Day 2 just to keep up with the demand. To everyone we could not fit in, we are sorry, and we will make it up to you next year!

Here’s what customers can now do:

▪️ Arrange the pieces to see exactly how the look comes together
▪️ Add the whole outfit to cart in one action
▪️ Share a finished look via a link that rebuilds it exactly

And the early numbers speak for themselves. In the first month:

Most replatform projects are framed as a technology upgrade. The more interesting ones are framed as a business model upgrade. Ecostore & ecostore Australia came to us with two problems: a Magento setup slowing the internal team down, and customers buying household essentials on a predictable cadence with no way to subscribe.

So we rebuilt the foundation:
▪️ Migrated AU and NZ to Shopify Plus.
▪️ Launched their first-ever subscription program on Recharge
▪️ Integrated NetSuite via Celigo so the operational backbone scales with the front end.
▪️ Consolidated Klaviyo, Zendesk, and Okendo into a single, maintainable stack.

The replatform unlocked the speed. Subscriptions unlocked the revenue model. The integrated stack unlocked the team.

For client, a standard grid hid the one thing that matters most before adding to cart - how the pieces actually compare in size.
So we built a dynamic grid. Each product gets its own tile size, so tall lockers, midis and standards finally sit side by side at true proportions. We also preload from the next page to keep every view balanced, top to bottom.

A small change in how products are presented meant a real shift in how confidently customers shop. Built on Plus.
