The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of smartphones,laptop and tablets.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hardware issues on iPhones, Samsung, and other Android devices (screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port issues, cameras, etc.).

Perform software troubleshooting, including OS reinstalls and basic data transfers.

Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.

Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

Proven experience as a mobile repair technician (1-2 years minimum).

Proficiency in micro-soldering is a major plus.

Strong understanding of iOS and Android operating systems.

Excellent fine motor skills and patience for working with small components.

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent.
