🚨 Annoying Full-Screen Ads? This Could Be Why!

A customer recently came to me frustrated because ads were popping up on their phone every few seconds—even when not using any apps. After some digging, the culprit was a heart rate monitor app (see image below) that looked harmless but was flooded with aggressive full-screen ads.

🚨 Windows 10 Support Ending October 14, 2025

Heads up—for anyone still on Windows 10, Microsoft will stop all support, updates, and security patches after October 14, 2025. Your PC will still work, but without security updates, it’s exposed to cyber threats.

✅ What This Means for You:

No more security updates = higher risk from malware & ransomware  

Microsoft 365 apps may stop working because they’re dropping Windows 10 support

Continued use after October requires an Extended Security Updates (ESU) plan, costing about US $30/year
