Some quality of life improvements for iShowU. V6 1.0.11 (beta), build #1240.

- Improved area selection. Now has dropdown for common sizes (custom sizing coming in future update)
- Fixed bug where the camera would continue to capture when disabled in simple mode
- New: Added selection rectangles
- New: Countdown duration is now configurable from settings
- New: Added GB/m or MB/m to the summary, based on codec type, frame rate and target frame size
