Printer 'offline' again? 🖨️

The classic NZ office frustration — won't connect, drivers gone walkabout, scans to nowhere. We sort printers, scanners and the network behind them so they just work, for everyone, over Wi-Fi or cable.

Bring us the headache. 📞 04 390 0033

Got a new laptop? Let us do the boring bit. 💻

We set it up properly, move your files, email and favourites across, get your apps and printer working — and securely wipe or recycle the old one. You just turn up and start working.

Computers, laptops & tablets only (no phone repair). Bring it in. 📞 04 390 0033

That 'updated bank details' email might be a scam. 🚩

Invoice fraud is hitting NZ small businesses hard — a real-looking email asking you to pay a new account. One rule saves you: verify any change of payment details by phone, using a number you already have. Never the number in the email.

What happens if your main computer dies tomorrow? 🧯

For a lot of small businesses the answer is 'we stop'. It doesn't have to be. Tested backups, a plan to get you running fast, and a hand when it counts — that's the difference between a bad morning and a bad week.

Let's make sure you're covered. 📞 04 390 0033

Wi-Fi that drops out in half the office? 📶

Dead spots, buffering in the back room, weak signal upstairs — usually fixable without ripping anything out. We map your coverage and sort it with the right access points or mesh, so every desk actually works.

Microsoft 365: which plan does your team actually need? 💼

Business Basic, Standard or Premium — the difference is real money and real features (installed Office apps, Teams, security). We'll match you to the right one, set it up, and move your email across cleanly — no overpaying for what you won't use.

Not sure where you sit? Ask us. 📞 04 390 0033

Lost your files? Don't panic. 💾

Deleted something important, or is your drive making clicking noises? We recover data from laptops, desktops, hard drives, SSDs and memory cards — and set up safe backups so it doesn't happen again.

Clicking or grinding? Stop using it and call us — the sooner, the better the odds. 📞 04 390 0033

Is your computer trying to tell you something? 👀

5 signs it's on its way out:
🐌 Slow to boot & constant lag
🔥 Loud fan / overheating
💥 Random freezes & crashes
🔧 Clicking or grinding noises
🔋 Won't hold charge / sudden shutdowns

Caught early, most are a cheap fix. Book a check-up with your local team. 📞 04 390 0033

Antivirus alone isn't enough anymore.

Modern threats slip past traditional AV — and for a small NZ business, one breach can mean downtime, lost data and lost trust. Five basics that move the needle:
✔ Multi-factor authentication
✔ Keep software & systems updated
✔ Back up — and test the backup
✔ Train staff to spot phishing
✔ Add EDR / managed detection
