The day has finally arrived, my long awaited calendar for 2026 is here at last! I present to you 'The Simple Things' by yours truly, Benji Design.

Inspired by your suggestions as well as my own ideas, this calendar is many things. But ultimately, it's a celebration of the small joys in life. The simple everyday wonders, ordinary things or fleeting moments that we often overlook or take for granted, but if we take the time to notice and be mindful of, are actually the foundation of what makes life special.

Whether it be the sunlight filtering through the leaves, a morning ritual of coffee by the window listening to the tuis, a late night drive in the rain, a vibrant sunset by the lake or a night sky on a clear night. The Simple Things reminds us that the things that make life worth living aren't always grandiose or hard to find, but often right in front of us.

This makes the perfect gift this holiday season! If you are interested in purchasing a calendar, please feel free to message me at any time 🙂 I can do an internet bank transfer or cash. The prices are as follows (not including shipping):

I will also be offering A3 prints very soon so keep an eye out for information on them in the coming week or so.

This project has been a massive undertaking, starting in early June. It took a lot of trial and error, lots of Photoshop crashes 😅 exploring different techniques and working in new and challenging ways and I truly feel the work this time around reflects that experimentation and hard work. I am incredibly proud of what I've made ☺️ If you wish to support me, I'd be eternally grateful!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to put a post up and make people aware. Yes, there is a calendar coming this year for the year starting 2026 and it's some of my best work. It is not far away at all!

Unfortunately I had planned to have it finished and ready to go by now. But I have run into some obstacles and delays. So my apologies for not being ready yet 🙏🏼

However there is still plenty to look forward to and I aim to be finished in the next two weeks and ready to sell! So please keep a look out and be assured it is happening 🙂

Here's a couple recent book cover concepts I worked on for a client. One was unused. Meant as just ebook covers but I wanted to see how they'd look on the real deal :)

Was recently inspired by an idea I saw online to turn some of my favourite songs into book covers, so I did!

I'm interested in getting into doing book covers more so thought this could be an interesting start.
