I love working with SME’s that are either starting out, or require a rebrand. I enjoy getting to know what it is that makes them tick and through branding give them a strong focused voice that speaks to their tribe. I especially love working with brands that are conscious of their impact on the world, and want to tell their story of authentic sustainability.

First cab off the rank with the new design on the side. My brief was to “SAVE MONEY” The new sign writing is much smaller than previously so it will cost less to apply. The iconic triangle for our maunga will hopefully become easily recognised as the TRC. This ute is for the hydrology team, so features pics of our beautiful fresh and sea waters. You might start spotting these around, but it will be a slow roll out, as the new designs are only being applied as new vehicles are required.

REBRAND!! I’m rebranding my design business and pleasure to WILD BEINGS DESIGN CO.

Incase you’re wondering why would I do that? The new name represents more where my design work is at, and what I want to venture into. I will still be branding small businesses, creating marketing and artwork, but I’ll also experiment with more art and printing techniques. I also make natural botanical skincare under the name Wild Beings of Nurture, so this will tie them in together nicely.

With a design world that’s succumbing to AI tech, I want to create a bastion of human-lead design. I’m not anti-AI, I use it when it’s helpful. But I believe design is visual communication between people, and art is an extremely human activity, let’s not forget that. Let’s uphold the arts and crafts movement of the 21st century,
