🌿 A fresh new look for Whakamārama Forest Project (formerly Friends of the Blade)!

I recently had the pleasure of creating a new brand identity and website for this local volunteer group, just in time for their 10-year milestone.

I designed the new identity around the kererū, inspired by the Pā Kererū loop, where the volunteers carry out their predator control work in the Kaimai Mamaku.

The new branding was designed to work across everything from volunteer gear and signage to social media, along with a fresh new website that makes it easier to learn about their work, get involved and find volunteer resources.

Really happy with how this one came together. 💚

I absolutely loved working on the new website for the Arts Village Collective in Rotorua. 💙

The Collective brings together the work of 45+ talented local artists and makers, with everything from pottery, textiles and jewellery to glass, timber and original artwork. There was so much beautiful work to showcase, which made this such a fun website to design.

Even better, the finished website has just received a Silver Rocketspark Design Award! 🥈 A lovely bit of recognition for a project I really enjoyed bringing together.

I’m in a book 📖🤓 alongside some other talented designers.

Creative Freedom, written by 🚀 Jeremy Johnson and Grant Johnson, is a field guide for graphic design businesses, using a clever outdoor survival theme 🏕.

Grateful to have been invited to their book launch yesterday and to be included in something like this. I feel lucky to be part of the Rocketspark community and to offer this website platform to my clients.
