Our 3D printer absolutely lost the plot this week and turned a simple print into a fullโblown spaghetti monster. It looked like it tried to reinvent pasta. But honestly, this is the kind of thing we enjoy because it gives us a chance to dig in, figure out what went wrong, and learn something new in the process.

Whether it is an inโstore repair or a full business system, we take the problem apart, look at every possible fix or upgrade, and put together a plan that makes things better than they were before. We are always waiting for the next thing that tries to stump one of us because that is when the whole team jumps in and starts solving it together.
The mess is not the failure. The failure would be walking away from it. And that is not how we work.
