No Fibre???

Internet was restored for all Northpower Fibre customers at around 8:30pm last night. If you are still experiencing any issues with your service, please contact your retailer directly and log a fault. ☺

⚠️ There is currently a Fibre outage affecting the Dargaville, Ruawai, Paparoa, and Maungaturoto regions due to third party damage to a cable. ⚠️

This cable is not owned by Northpower Fibre, and we are waiting on crews to arrive onsite to make necessary repairs.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have an ETA and the repairs will take some time. Thank you for your understanding and patience while the necessary repairs are made.

RESOLVED: 🚦⚠ We're working on a traffic-light fault at the Kamo Road / State Highway 1 Intersection, which caused heavy traffic in Te Kamo and Whau Valley this morning. The lights are still working, but with software issues.

7:30am Wednesday update: the lights were fixed overnight and will be working as usual now. Thank you very much for your patience yesterday.

3:30pm Tuesday update: Unfortunately we have not been able to resolve the software issue yet. Work will resume after the afternoon peak traffic time.

We will update this post when we have a timeframe for the repair, or any other information to share.
