We are please to announce that we finally received news that BizIT Solutions has been classified as an Essential Service. The Covid-19 Response Team has advised us that we can support both Essential and Non-Essential Services.

Please note that any work we do is for essential IT related services. This means if your business is unable to work from home and you are unable to perform payroll duties we are authorised to help you. In the event you are working from home and something hinders that process we are also able to help you. Essentially we are here to make sure your business can function and have continuity.

Please note we will exhaust all our remote support options first before dispatching staff to your business location in the event you have internet, server or other infrastructure issues preventing you from working from home.

Our staff are equipped with safety gear to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We will take all the necessary steps to keep you and us safe. We have cleaning tools available which we will use to clean your devices before touching and commencing work. We would ask that you respect social distancing.
