YouTube signin down : - Timesnownew.com reports YouTube faced a global outage on February 17, NZ 18 Feb with over 320,000 US users reporting issues and many seeing a “Something Went Wrong” error. YouTube TV was also affected, as TeamYouTube said it is investigating but has not yet provided a fix 🤨

Dear valued customers there has been a shift in the global IT industry towards AI demand and data centres. This strategic shift has a trickle down effect causing supply constraints and driving pricing increases by manufacturers. These pressures are impacting all IT manufacturers and are not specific to any single company.

The components impacted include dynamic random-access memory (DRAM), NAND, solid-state drive (SSD) components, and high-performance networking silicon and optical components.

We had some fraudulent activity take place at C-IT on 30 October. Up until now it has not been resolved. For some context a customer Jessica masqueraded as “Zafaron Otene” had some work expertly done at C-IT. At time of payment she led us to believe that she was acting on behalf of an Iwi organisation here in Hawera stating they were going to pay for the work. Jessica gave the Iwi’s telephone number and then proceeded to take this up to another level by emailing an online screen shot of payment showing the Iwi making the account payment. Jessica left with a person accompanying her. Our suspicion elevated when the account referenced was matched and a payment of 1 cent processed (No not joking). C-IT followed up with the Iwi organization and found that Jessica was not known to them and had no authority to act on their behalf. The staff at the Iwi are not impressed and we at C-IT would like Jessica to make this right before this fraud is escalated. Sadly Jessica has not respectfully come forward so this fraudulent behaviour is now with the authorities.
