I can't believe it's been three years since my silly dream became a reality.

Yes, it's been three years to the day.

I also know that I told all of you that I'd do it again.

It's still 100% my intention to do BCBDII

That being said, Heathen Combat (the Wrestling outfit) have disbanded and I have no idea who's running Waikato Armoured Combat (if anyone is) at the moment.

There's also been a world wide raspberri pi shortage (the computers that we ran the games on)

And even Mega Maw is on hiatus.

Not to mention venue, budget AND time constraints - it seems like an impossible task.

Currently I'm loosely on the hunt for another potential venue (something a little bigger) and some other people to help with the organizational backend and some sponsors.

I have no target date for BCBDII so let's all treat this like Wintersun's 'Time' or Hollow Knight Silk Song

This post isn''t an update, it's just me wanting to touch base, say thank you for be a part of BCBD2021 and to let you know that I still think of that day and my promise.

CCS has asked me to do a write up of BCBD1.
So I need everyone's help writing it! Hit me with some pictures and testimonials!
Tell me what you loved, what worked, what didn't work, how did it compare to other events you've been to?
What were your favourite things about BCBD?
