Ok Celsius victims...

The judge approved the plan to go ahead. Celsius will pay out the agreed amount to you, but it will be through Coinbase or PayPal (I believe you get to choose).

Coinbase account needs to have been set up with the same email address as Celsius was set up with. If your coinbase account has a different address they want you to change it as per instructions here...

We are coming to the end of the journey...

If you have the Celsius app... Update it and redo your KYC in order to process your exit. Voting on the plans need to be done before September 23.

The Celsius bid has been won by a company called Fahrenheit ...LoL. must have won by degrees. 😬

They will take over assets like the Bitcoin miners etc.

We have seen over the last few days a lot of ETH being restaked.

Hopefully the mining will be very profitable and we as creditors will have shares in this new company.

I might take a few years, but if you hodl as celsians do... Then maybe we will be made whole and then some.

After the terrible events that lead Celsius into chapter 11 bankruptcy court, horrible findings from the investigation, some light at the end of the tunnel is finally shining through.

Celsius is to reorg into a new company after NovaWulf won the bidding.

Discussion on Twitter today at 11am nzt with the UCC may give more insight.

Here is the official link to info coming out of NovaWulf.

Pursuant to the plan, Celsius will be reorganized as a going concern and will be managed by NovaWulf, with Figure Technologies as our licensing and blockchain partner. This page aims to bring transparency to this process and provide information about the plan as it becomes available.

The chapter 11 proceedings are slow but they are making progress.

Claim forms need to be in by Jan 3 if you have a claim to make...

Celsius has a bidding process currently for certain assets... About 130 potential bidders.

GK8 has been sold and settlement looks to be in March.

Plans are under way for a reorganization or new company, to come out of the courts, hopefully in first quarter next year.

I believe their plan will be revealed after the inquirer has presented their findings.

Fingers crossed for being able to withdraw assets in 2023.
