To swap between windows in Outlook, use these shortcuts.
Ctrl and 1 – Imbox

Heres A Tip:
When using the resizing arrow in Excel to resize columns or rows, double clicking the resizing cursor will autofit the column or row to the largest entry.

Leaving you computer unattended for a short while. Use the Windows Key and L to take you to the Lock Screen. You can log back in again with your password.
