A fresh supply of K.Yairi guitars have landed in the store.

Made in the small town of Kani, in the hills North of Nagoya, Japan, the late Kazuo Yairi was one of the finest and most successful luthiers of our time and helped design and make Alvarez-Yairi guitars for nearly 50 years.

Every neck is spoke shaved by hand, braces are carved and tops are tuned to perfection, attention to detail and quality of the build is impeccable. Alvarez Yairi guitars are beautifully presented, wonderful sounding, luthier-made instruments, which in our opinion are some of the finest guitars in today’s market.

We have three models up for grabs. There is the FY84CE: A folk shaped body with a solid spruce top, single cutaway and EQ
There is also the DY62CE-BM: A solid cedar top with burled mahogany back and sides.
Finally, we have the FYM95E: another Folk shaped body with all solid wood and EQ
