UPDATE: The core issues with the network are being resolved and the usual website service will be restored shortly. There may be intermittent issues over the next short period of time while further work happens to stabilise service. Thank you for your patience over this matter.

We are currently experiencing issues with our webservices which means that anyone located off campus is unable to access our main website and all website services such as Blackboard, eVision etc.

You should be able to continue to access these services if you are able to find somewhere on the University network.

Email and other Office 365 services are unaffected.

This impacts any website ending *.otago.ac.nz, including services such as Blackboard, eVision, and the main Otago web page.

There are also intermittent issues accessing external web pages from the University network.

These issues are under urgent investigation with no current timeframe for resolution.

We have a new way of ordering software!

If you need access to GraphPad Prism, MATLAB, NVivo, Stata, SPSS or EndNote as part of your study, you can now order it through the AskOtago Portal.

Hercus and North CAL are currently going through some upgrades so are unavailable for use at this time.

All other labs are open during their normal hours.
