At Custom Software Solutions, we build custom tools for businesses - but every so often a project starts a lot closer to home.

This one started with my daughter Evie during the school holidays. We love reading together, and she's always making up her own stories, so I thought: why not use AI to actually bring them to life?

The result is Evie's Stories - type in your child's name (and yours), and watch a fully personalised storybook come together live on the page: cover, characters, and read-aloud text, all updating as you type.

It's a good example of what we do at CSS - taking an idea, however small it starts out, and turning it into something real, fast, and genuinely well-built. Solo-built, zero frameworks, 7 storybooks live and counting.
