When you are dealing with sensitive legal matters, clarity and trust are everything.
We just wrapped up a new website for Avon Investigations with three clear goals: modernising the visual experience, building trust with their audience, and simplifying how they communicate with clients.
We moved away from the standard "contact us" approach and built a dedicated service hub. By leveraging Webflow’s robust infrastructure and reCAPTCHA protection, we created a secure environment where lawyers and corporate clients can submit detailed briefs with total confidence.
It removes the friction of back-and-forth emails and lets the Avon team focus on the investigation rather than the administration.
Really proud of how this balance of design and functionality came together.
