🎁 Feature alert! 🎁 You can now create multiple user logins for your school. 👪 This enables multiple people to help manage your school (and login to the kiosk) without needing to share the same login anymore! 🎉 You can access this new functionality via the new Users menu item (see screenshot). Available to all schools now! Oss.

🎁 New Feature Alert! 🎉 Plan sharing is now here!
👪 Schools can now support family and friends style plans where one plan payment can be used for multiple students.
🔗 For students signing in who are inheriting a plan, they recieve the same access as the source student, and are likewise affected if there are payment issues with the inherited plan.
👀 Head to the student plan page (screenshotted below) to manage plan sharing.
🎉 Available to all schools now! ♥ Any questions get in touch.

Hey all, I'm happy to announce our recent name change from Oss Manager to the new and improved name: Oss Gym! It's shorter, sharper but most importantly it better reflects where Oss is headed: not just limited to your smartphone/laptop but inside the gym :) Hope you like it 🤙

As we come to the end of another year, I just wanted to say thanks to all the gyms out there providing an excellent service in the community in the form of quality martial arts training. It's an honor to be partnered with you on your journeys!

This year will have seemed fairly quiet for Oss, this is because the engineering focus has turned inward into improving the platform (aka the engine under the hood) which is required to be able to push Oss to the next level, with features like plan sharing coming soon and more!

May 2023 bring you all lots of growth, prosperity and joy ❤ Merry xmas and happy holidays!

🎁 New optional tools for managing the vaccination status of your students! 🎁
As students' vaccination passports are sighted, students can now be marked as such. A new report has also been added to easily show who is yet to be sighted. Available now to all schools!

🎁 We now list all the students that have Payment Issues in your weekly email report! This helps to prevent unecessary loss of earnings, giving you a list of students to chase up :)

Oss automatically identifies payment issues through Ezidebit for students whose payments are setup through that, or you can manually set the student to the Payment Issues status through the website when editing the student.

If you don't currently recieve this email and you'd like to recieve it, make sure it is turned on in your School Settings page.

🎁 Easily observe your school's growth with the NEW School Performance report. Available now to all schools in the web portal. 🎉

Note: Data has only started being captured so the graph can only currently go back 1 month, but from now on as time goes by, you'll start really being able to observe the rate of growth of your school historically and use that info to project it's growth into the future!

🎁 New feature: Student Email Groups 🎁

Target which students recieve your bulk emails! Available now to all schools.

Note that by default all students have been added to all groups. To change this, edit each student and select the correct email groups they should be in, as seen in the attached screenshot.
