What a way to celebrate an incredible year across Tech 5 Recruitment and Recruit I.T.! ✨
Last month, we came together for our 2026 Group Conference and in true Great Gatsby style, it was a fantastic evening to recognise the journey, the wins, and most importantly, our people. It was also great to see so many new faces in the room, already bringing fresh energy, new ideas, and making their mark across the Group.
At the heart of everything we’ve achieved this year are the outstanding people we’re fortunate to work alongside every day. Their commitment, resilience, and drive continue to set us apart. A huge part of our culture and DNA is our mindset - One Team. One Dream. Working together, backing each other, delivering for our clients, and collectively driving the Group forward.
A huge congratulations to our top performers - your results speak for themselves and a special acknowledgement to those who have been part of the journey for 5, 10 and 15 years respectively. The loyalty, consistency, and impact you’ve had on shaping our business is something we’re incredibly proud of.
We’ve built strong momentum across the Group, and what’s even more exciting is what’s ahead. We are laser-focused on our strategy, backed by the right people, and driven to take Tech 5 and Recruit I.T. to the next level.
