Originally, Vibe resold all fixed line services via other providers but it quickly became apparent that it was not viable to continue that way due to lengthy install times, bad support & overall quality of service. It was decided we would take the expensive leap and invest in our own infrastructure and connectivity to directly connect into Telecom Wholesale / Chorus so we could compete against the very people we were previously buying services from. It didn’t take long before our quality of service and personal interaction was noticed that other high profile CEO’s were joining our network as we were becoming known as the fastest on the block. Vibe focuses on quality rather than quantity, however when you call for support our staff know who you are and what services. In summary, Vibe Communications can offer you a straightforward pathway to implementing the right technology to take your business forward – ensuring your world is always within reach.

In case you missed missed the newsletter we sent out a few weeks ago, here is some important information you may need over the next few weeks and the Christmas holidays.

Key Dates to Note:

• Planned Work Restriction: Friday the 9th December 2016 at 5.30pm until Wednesday the 11th January 2017 at 7.30am.
• Office Closed: Friday the 23rd December 2016 at 12pm until Wednesday the 4th of January 2017 at 7.30am.

Planned work restriction covers activity where work on network assets or systems could affect the service customers rely on, or another retail service provider’s network. This means there will be limited provisioning of new services or MAC’s actioned during this time. Services during this time will focus on reliability and restoration only.

While the office is closed our team will be running with limited staff availability so SLA’s may be breached during this time. While the office is closed, the on-call facility will be available via our main contact phone number 0800 842 326 (0800 VIBECOM) and whilst ticket queues will be monitored throughout the holidays, please phone us if you have an issue the requires urgent attention. Please note this service may incur a fee.

Please be aware that any billing enquiries received during the time the office is closed will be responded to from the 4th of January 2017 onwards.
