Liverton is proud to announce the launch of a new product, Smart Stay a hospitality focused in room dining and compendium solution for the hotel and hospitality industry at Rydges Melbourne, a 370 room full service hotel located in Melbourne, Australia.

Combining specific integrations to hotel PMS, POS, Loyalty systems, paired with a feature rich reporting and an admin suite for ease of staff control, Smart Stay will provide fast, easy and automated in-room dining service for hotels, without the need to ring reception or involve staff at all.

Smart Stay also provides ordering services for public areas, bars and restaurants inside a hotel complex, as well as dedicated areas such as pools and lounges.

Smart Stay speeds up the ordering process for guests, reduces staff overhead and process and helps hotels increase revenue for food and beverage while reducing operating costs.

With a simple scan of a QR code, your guests can place orders from just about anywhere in the hotel! With options like order now or schedule for later, pay by credit card or charge back to their room, it’s never been easier or more convenient for your customers.

Not only can guests order Food and Beverage, but they can also request amenities such as bathrobes, slippers or tea & coffee.

Services are also available for your guests such as assistance with booking taxis, requesting wake up calls, TV or WIFI connections or they can request room service tray collection or even for their dry cleaning to be picked up.

Liverton is proud to have partnered with Naumi Hotels !

Naumi hotels have deployed Liverton's SmartCheck self service technology at both their Auckland Airport Hotel and their Cuba Street, Wellington properties and will make use of both the web pre-arrival email and SMS check-in system as well as our tablet and stand-up SmartCheck self-service check-in kiosks which can effectively produce room keys while also taking payment and allowing room selection.

Naumi has seen significant guest usage of the SmartCheck platform with 50-75% of all guests using the system inside the first month with high guest satisfaction.

Group Director IT & Enabled Services Daron Pereira says:

“The results of the roll out of Liverton’s SmartCheck solution has exceeded our expectations for ROI and guest usage has been fantastic so far. Liverton has officially launched its digital key inside the Quest App. The digital key will be available to Quest properties from September this year.

Over the last 12 months Liverton has been working on a partnership with Quest hotels to deliver digital key access into their Quest App. An operator of high quality apartment hotels - Quest guests will now be able to access Quest properties with their mobile phone, bypassing physical checkin allowing both Quest owners and operators to reduce staffing costs and guests to easily and efficiently access their rooms without a physical key and allowing easy after hours checkin.
