Next Level POS would like to assure you that we are taking our commitment to the communities safety at the highest level as we are impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak.

As the situation continues to develop, one thing will remain the same: We will make our decisions with the wellbeing of our people, customers and community as our utmost priority.

By now, almost everyone is aware of the rapidly evolving situation concerning COVID-19 or Corona virus and the seriousness with our Government closing our borders to Non NZ Citizens and Residents.

We see our software tools and service as vital in ensuring your stability at a time where economic strain is certain – and we take our role in assisting your business to move past this pandemic extremely seriously. We are closely monitoring the situation and are following the advice of public health experts, we will implement changes to standard operations where necessary.

Or support services are largely performed remotely and we will offer video conferencing for training sessions. Should we need to attend your site we will endeavour to be as prepared as possible to limit time on site and we ask that if it is necessary for us to attend your site for installation or repair that the work be scheduled for off peak time to limit exposure to ourselves as we are potentially required to visit multiple locations and do not wish to carry anything we are exposed to. Meanwhile we will take practical precautions while performing our duties in public.

Product spotlight: This little guy is a lifesaver all year round!!

Introducing our 3G low usage share plan, In case you don't know we offer these in conjunction with all of our EFTPOS Terminals as an always online never have to charge up backup data path to the EFTPOS servers.

Many of the EFTPOS terminals we sell have the ability to connect to PAYMARK servers through your internet connection and then if that drops they can be set to fall back and connect through the 3g cell phone network. This feature has been a lifesaver many times over, imagine not being able to take EFTPOS for a day? how many sales would you lose?

We've noticed that many of our customers initially opt for a prepaid cell phone sim and charge it with credit for the year. By the time they need to recharge for next year they have often lost the information needed to recharge the Sim card so have to go out and get another one and recharge it. Many people don't even realise they have run out of data until their broadband drops and their EFTPOS is declining all customers. sometimes people charge up with the wrong type of data that only lasts a month and then is gone and then do not have any data redundancy the following month.

Our M2M share plan has a small setup cost - a whopping $9.00 +GST and another small monthly data fee starting from $5.00 +GST per month which is plenty for the needs of an EFTPOS terminal. (setup will be me sending the sim to you in the mail and instruction over the phone on inserting it into your EFTPOS machine),

Today celebrates two months of new management for Point of Sale NZ. In this time we have achieved many things including, restructuring the business to work through a virtual office space, a review of pricing to make them more competitive in the market, getting a website live (Content will grow in time), installing another cutting edge store and all the while maintaining the support for our customers. Hopefully the months to come will bring many more successes which will over flow through the community.
