Epic Fail 1 - This is inaccurate information. This is not the correct position to administer an EpiPen. Placement of the EpiPen is the outer mid-thigh. To view how to administer an EpiPen click the link in the comments. Script writers really should of done their homework! This scene may be the only image many parents have seen an EpiPen being administered, this is what they will remember and it's wrong!
