If anyone calls you saying something about money, your phone, your computer or your bank, hang up the call immediately. These are common signs of a scam.

If someone calls saying they are from your bank, hang up and call the number that is on the back of your bank card or in your banking app.

If someone calls from "Microsoft", "Mcafee", "Norton", "Apple" or any other company talking about a Virus, Your computer or anything else that sounds fishy, Hang up and don't answer any other calls.

Don't call numbers you receive on an email you don't trust. This is most likely a scam.

If you suspect a virus on your phone or computer, don't answer calls from unknown people and give us a call on 027 438 9612 and we will come to you to help. Keep yourself safe and away from scammers.

If you loose your phone, don’t worry. Here are some easy ways to recover your device:

For iPhone:

Go to icloud.com/find and login. Here, you will be able to see the location of your device, play a sound (even on silent), lock your phone with a message and phone number to contact you or someone you trust and even erase the device if it’s gone for good.

For Android:

Go to Google.com/android/find and login. Here, you will be able to see the location of your device, play a sound (even on silent), lock your phone with a message and phone number to contact you or someone you trust and even erase the device if it’s gone for good.

Both of these will work if you have mobile data enabled on your lost device and have data or the actions will occur when it passes a known wifi network (Like a local business, home or other place where you have connected to wifi before). Please try doing this before posting on Facebook about your lost phone. It is much more effective.
