Appleworks I.T. reminder: beware of scammers calling you and saying they are from Spark, Microsoft or any other company. Remember they will never call you to help sort out an issue, you always have to call them first. If you have not done this, then any call from someone can be suspected as a scammer. Hang up and call your usual IT support. These scammers usually start with a line like: 'your internet/pc or computer is slow and we want to fix it for you'... blah blah blah... Again, hang up, call your usual IT support person and work with people you know and trust.
