A pioneer telecommunications tools supply and consulting company in Nepal is seeking a highly skilled On-Site Fiber Technicians to join our team. As an On-Site Fiber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ADSS OFC Network and equipment at various customer sites. You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The duty station will be Pokhara, Galyang, Ghorai. Each team will be assigned to the different ADSS OFC Network routes nearby duty stations. Local people to these locations with the related experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair ADSS OFC Network and equipment at various customer sites
Conduct site surveys to determine optimal fiber optic cable placement
Troubleshoot and resolve fiber optic network issues
Coordinate with customers and project managers to ensure successful project completion
Test and document fiber optic cable performance using specialized equipment
Adhere to industry safety guidelines and company policies and procedures
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fiber optic technology

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance.
Proficient in fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing techniques.
Can operate OTDR machine for measuring different parameters.
Familiarity with fiber optic cable types and transmission systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
