1. Hardware Technician
Job level: Mid-level
Qualification: Diploma in computer hardware, Desktop and laptop Repairing or related field
Required no: 1
Experience: 3 years or more
Salary: Negotiable
Job description/ requirements:
a) Troubleshooting computer/laptop hardware and software and identify Problem
b) Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral,
c) Repairing motherboards and upgrading firmware,
d) Professional knowledge about BIOS, reflash, chips, processor, SIO, battery refill, and Electronic component testing,
e) Knowledge about printer, computer charger repairing and troubleshooting,
f) Able to understand technical manual,
g) Knowledge about data cone, format computer, and data recovery.
Other requirements:
a) Team work, self-motivated and directed,
b) Strong customer service orientation,
c) Ability to conduct research in PC issues and products as required.
2. Network/Hardware Technician
Job level: Mid-level
Qualification: Bachelor in computer science, Information System or other related field

Experience: 1 year or more

Job description/ requirements:
a) Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills,
b) Certified network professional accreditation,
c) Superior knowledge of various networking device like server, router, switch, printer sharing, Network tester, clamper and more,
d) Knowledge about computer format, data recovery, booting, driver installation,
e) Basic knowledge about computer motherboard,
f) Basic knowledge about graphics design, Word-press.
Other requirements:

a) Regular planning of meetings and proposals to development of companies,
b) Good command over writing and speaking English and Nepali,
