We looking for a Level 1 Support Specialist to join our Platforms & Engineering team. This is an opportunity to join a team that will be making a seismic impact within the company as well as the way consumers search, book, and manage destination wedding travel. You will be the first contact that our internal teams have when requesting support. You will analyze requests and collaborate with product owners to help resolve requests in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:
You will be the first responder for all incoming Service Desk tickets.
You will work with product owners and developers across the team to help resolve user tickets and escalate as needed.
Triage, update and resolve any product user issues that are created.
Contribute to a knowledge base of common issue resolutions.
Investigate issues, research solutions and communicate with ticket requestors.
Proactively look for ways to improve product quality based on service ticket trends.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of product support experience working in a help desk environment
Ability to support multiple web based software products in a fast-paced work environment
Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
Providing assistance to customers who experience technical problems. Most commonly, this involves either email or online communication.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

We are looking for a skilled React Js Developer having 3+ years of experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing user interface components using React Js concepts and workflows such as Redux, RxJx, Redux-thunk and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.



Responsibilities

Designing, Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React Js concepts.
Transform app designs into front-end code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating figma mockup and wireframes into high quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Meeting with the senior React Js developer and onshore development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications
Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
Documenting application changes and developing updates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
Previous experience working as a React Js developer.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Experience with popular React Js workflows (such as Flux or RxJx or MobX)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

Shift timing: Day shift (09:00AM - 6:00PM NST). MON - FRI

Job Location: WFH (70%), Kupondole, Lalitpur (30%)
