We’re Hiring: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (React / Headless CMS / Automation)

Company: Kabim Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of modern web applications especially React-based platforms and headless CMS ecosystems. This role involves both manual and automation testing, accessibility validation, and collaboration within Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute test plans and test cases

- Perform manual testing across functional, UI, regression, and cross-browser scenarios

- Identify, document, and track software defects

- Validate React-based applications and component libraries (Storybook)

- Test headless CMS implementations (Builder.io preferred; Contentful/Sanity acceptable)

- Develop and maintain automation test suites using Playwright or Cypress

- Perform visual regression testing (Percy, Chromatic, or BackstopJS)

- Ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility compliance using Axe, WAVE, and Lighthouse

- Validate responsive behavior across multiple devices and breakpoints

- Participate in daily standups, sprint refinement, and QA estimation

- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to improve product quality

- Support continuous QA process improvements and documentation

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in web application QA engineering

- Strong experience testing React applications

-Experience with headless CMS platforms

- Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress

- Familiarity with Storybook component testing

- Strong debugging skills using browser DevTools

- Experience with multilingual testing

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Nice to Have

- GraphQL API validation experience

- Data migration testing experience

- SEO validation knowledge (structured data, canonical tags)
